Dear Bob, A note to say that I received the deposit back yesterday and to thank you for the courteous and efficient way in which you dealt with all aspects of my daughter's tenancy at the above property during 2014-15. I have frequent contact with both landlords and tenants and so I see things from both sides. It was a pleasure to deal with you.
